New Music: Mariah Carey - "Almost Home" (Snippet)

Falsetto connoisseur Mariah Carey headlines the soundtrack for Disney's newest film Oz: The Great and The Powerful with the lighthearted track "Almost Home." Co-written by Simone Porter, Justin Gray, Lindsey Ray and co-produced by Stargate, the "Triumphant" songbird harmonizes the way she does best.

"It's a feel-good record," Carey said in a statement. "It gives you the feeling of reaching your home and being with people that you love."

The leader of the lambs will be releasing the full-length version Tuesday, Feb. 19 along with a Dave LaChapelle-directed visual in the coming weeks. The animated flick starring James Franco and Mila Kunis hits theatres March 8.
