Nick Cannon: Roc and Roe, 10 Months, Are Too Smart for Baby-Proofing!

Dem babies are outsmarting mom and dad!

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's 10-month old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, are having some major milestones -- but it's stressing out this proud papa!

"We just [baby-proofed] the house recently, but they are so smart," Cannon, 31, told Us Weekly at the Kids' Choice Awards in L.A. Saturday. "They know how to take the knobs and the baby proof stuff off. They know what's baby proof, so they are like, 'We are not suppose to be touching that -- so we are going to go touch that!' It's crazy!"

The twins, who Cannon said were babbling "mamma" and "dadda" at just seven months, are also giving mom and dad a run for their money -- literally!
