LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Nick Cannon is on the mend, according to wife Mariah Carey.

After being hospitalized for mild kidney failure, the superstar singer says her 31-year-old husbands health is greatly improving.

Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully hell be discharged within 2 days, Mariah Tweeted on Friday, adding, As always hes laughing and in good spirits.

Mariah also Tweeted a photo of herself holding a bouquet of Get Well Soon balloons while kissing Nick on the cheek in his hospital bed, with the caption, Thank you everyone for your love & concern.

The good news comes just two days after Mariah revealed the Americas Got Talent host was still experiencing discomfort in the hospital.

The situation is not easy, she told People. [He is] in a lot of pain we are hopeful that hell be 100 percent as soon as possible.

Adding, We really appreciate everybodys love and support.
