Mariah Carey - Cannon Undergoes Another Procedure In Hospital

Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon returned to hospital on Wednesday (25Jan12) to undergo further treatment for acute kidney failure.

The America's Got Talent host was taken ill during a family vacation in Aspen, Colorado in December (11) and he underwent surgery in early January (12).

He bounced back with an appearance at the recent Bet Honours in Washington, D.C. but visited doctors again this week for a routine procedure.

In a series of Twitter.com posts on Wednesday, he writes, "Back at the hospital, but no worries its (sic) only for the day. I will be back at work tomorrow!

"Not an emergency. This was a scheduled procedure. I just dislike hospitals."
