The star, who gave birth to twins a year ago, has her body back and has shed what appears to be all of her pregnancy weight and then some. She showed off her toned figure in a sexy lowcut dress and looked just as young as her handsome hubby, Nick Cannon, at the event.

Back in November, Carey had already lost a bunch of weight from carrying the twins. "I'm proud of how hard I worked to get my body back...I had to do this for me," she said at the time. Now, she's gone from losing about 30 pounds to being down a whopping 70!
