Mariah Carey is putting her name to a range of nail varnishes.
The 'Butterfly' singer is collaborating with OPI on its new Liquid Sand formula, and executives at the company say she has been very hands on during the creative process.
OPI Executive VP Suzi Weiss-Fischmann said: ''OPI is extremely excited to work with Mariah. She's very passionate about beauty and her nails in particular. Her music served as a wonderful inspiration for glamorous, sultry, vibrant colors.
''To pay homage to her iconic status, we wanted to launch her collection with something completely new and exciting.''
Maria, 42, has hand-selected eight OPI Liquid Sand lacquers for her range, including ones called 'Stay the Night', 'Pink Yet Lavender', 'Anti-bleak' and 'A Butterfly Moment'.
The varnishes dry to a textured, 'pebbled' finish which leaves the wearer with a little sparkle.
Beauty is certainly of paramount importance to Mariah, as she recently splashed out $1,500 on an eight-hour massage.
She hired a masseuse to help her relax at her Los Angeles mansion and during the rub insisted on watching Sacha Baron Cohen's 2009 comedy movie 'Bruno' - which lasts 81 minutes and sees the actor portray a flamboyant fashionista - on repeat.
