Jermaine Dupri Lists Top Five Hip-Hop Club Songs; Teases Mariah Carey Collabo

Jermaine Dupri has embarked on a unique venture with liquor line, Crown Royal Black, to bring people from his online blog-turned-social-network Global14.com together in-person. The music mogul and Crown Royal Black have taken their new collaborative project on the road, kicking off the 1414 tour on Monday (Oct. 31) in Chicago. J.D. describes the 14 cities in 14 days itinerary as, "Not parties, [but] a meet and greet in every city where one person can grab a drink, talk and discover things with the next person."

For his current two week road stint, Dupri is attempting to keep his mind off music, "Global14 is like my baby and it's the most misunderstood situation for me to ever put out." Believing in the work he's doing away from the studio, J.D. explains, "I think at the end of the day, this'll be around longer than me. It has the legs to stay here forever as long as we keep doing the Internet."

J.D. did however give in slightly to artistic inquiries by joking, "I am going to Mariah [Carey]'s house after this, if that's what you want to know."

Hoping to one day be in the company of Motown's legendary Barry Gordy and the like, Jermaine still feels he has much left to accomplish in his music career and plans on getting right back to accruing accolades at the conclusion of the 1414 tour.

In celebration his Crown Royal Black partnered 1414 tour, Dupri shared his top five current hip-hop club records to Billboard.com's The Juice. Check out the So So Def Recordings founder's current party rotation, in no particular order:

1. Future feat. Drake - "Tony Montana"

"Since I DJ, of course you got to have the! 'Tony M ontana' record. Future's got 'em right now."

2. Beyonc feat J. Cole - "Party"

"I just heard it in the car the other day and that's a hot record. I don't know, it's just a crazy record."

3. Jay- Z and Kanye West - "Ni**as in Paris"

"Definitely the Jay-Z and Kanye West 'Paris' record. There's just no question."

4. Meek Mill feat. Rick Ross - "I'ma Boss"

"Oh my God! I can't forget about 'I'ma Boss." That's might be the biggest record in the club right now. I played that the other night in Atlanta before the club ended and it looked like the security was going to have to fight the kids to get 'em out of there."

5. Rihanna feat. Calvin Harris - "We Found Love"

"That new Rihanna single is stupid in the club. That song pops off in dance clubs where people want to really go crazy. You want to see the sparklers and the champagne bottles come out.
