Mariah Carey Releases Video Tribute To Whitney Houston
Mariah Carey has put together a music video compilation of moments she shared with Whitney Houston, in a new tribute to the recently deceased singer.
The clip contains music and scenes from the video to their 1998 duet 'When You Believe' as well as award show appearances, interviews and playful photos showing the pair's offstage personal relationship.
Carey posted a link to the footage on her Twitter account on Tuesday, saying: "Whitney, my friend, I love you, I miss you. Your legend lives on forever."
The singer recently admitted she and Houston had a bitter rivalry in the '90s which eventually turned to friendship after they came together to record 'When You Believe' for the Prince of Egypt soundtrack.
Mariah, who said she was "heartbroken and in tears"on hearing of her friend's passing, was in attendance at Houston's funeral servce in New Jersey last Saturday.
