Happy belated birthday, Moroccan Scott Roc Cannon and Monroe Cannon! Were wondering if mom and pops, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will adopt us too? Considering how OTT Mariah and Nick went for their first anniversary in Paris, we had an inkling that the twins first birthday on April 30 would be just as snazzy. People revealed that dem babies got the best party ever and even got a photograph of the bash. The whole family dressed up in white and we especially love little Monroes floral party dress and Rocs little baby tuxedo. Were not kidding when we said they got the swishest party a one-year old could hope for because the parents invited several close friends to the Plaza Athne on Sunday night. They also included heaps of custom-made French pastries, balloons, toys and confetti. We wonder how theyre going to top this for the kids second birthday?
