WENNJennifer Lopez may have quit American Idol last year but according to a report, the star got herself involved in the show again after teaming up with Nicki Minaj and helping her outshine Nicki's fellow judge Mariah Carey.
A source alleged to the National Enquirer that Jennifer, who decided to quit the show close to the time when Steven Tyler also decided to leave, "is secretly giving career advice to Mariahs bitter enemy, fellow Idol judge Nicki Minaj, in an attempt to have the flamboyant rapper outshine Mariah on the panel.
Mariah hit the roof when she heard Jennifer called Nicki and offered to help her become the most popular American Idol judge", the insider went on to claim.

However a rep for Jennifer reassured Gossip Cop that the claims made by the gossip magazine are "100% inaccurate".
Whilst it has been made clear that Nicki and Mariah have faced issues with each other, American Idol host Ryan Seacrest has insisted that the pair are making the effort to get on and work well together.
Appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the host said: "I have no idea what it's going to be like when we go live, which is sort of the exciting part of that.
"I think that they're both! trying to make for a great show and find great talent on the show. So there will be moments that I'm sure we cannot predict."
