Hows it going for new American Idol judge Nicki Minaj?

Its going pretty good, the rapper said, drawing out her words sarcastically and rolling her eyes during a visit Monday to The View.

What does that mean? Joy Behar asked.

Pretty good, Minaj repeated.

That answer is going to get people talking.ButMinajwent on to sayshe liked and looked up to all her fellow judges: Mariah Carey, Keith Urban and Randy Jackson.

Shes really, really funny, Minaj said of Carey. I didnt know Keith. But with Randy, I kind of knew him through the industry, and hes kind of crazy.

American Idol returns in January on Fox. The View also celebrated TVs past Monday with appearances by Carol Burnett and her former sidekicks Tim Conway and Vicki Lawrence. President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama will be guests on Tuesdays show. The View airs at 11 a.m. weekdays on WFTV-Channel 9.
