Mariah Carey working on nail collections
Mariah Carey is collaborating on two nail collections with OPI.
The international superstar is teaming with the successful nail care brand to create two new ranges, the first of which will be launching in January.
The debut lacquer collection of eight shades will hit OPI salons, spas and retailers worldwide at the beginning of next year.
There is currently no word on how many shades will feature in the second line, although that too will be launching in 2013.
The executive vice president and artistic director of OPI, Suzi Weiss-Fischmann is thrilled to have talon fan Mariah on board.
Nails are part of her personality. I really have always looked for celebrities for whom nails are very important, and it is not something you just Photoshop on a picture. She was very much part of the colour selection," Suzi told WWD.
Mariah's collaboration with OPI follows the brand's work with Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry and the Kardashians.
