"Mariah can't help herself," said a source. "She loves showing off her incredibly cute son and daughter. She thinks they have that special star quality."
The American Idol judge has proudly showcased her adorable tots since they were and even launched a website dedicated to her brood nicknamed "Dem Babies".
"Mariah and Nick's twins are hot commodities in the modeling world," the source added.
"Luxury brands are eager to sign up the babies for upcoming ad campaigns, and at least two big modeling agencies have approached Mariah and Nick about locking their twins into a lucrative contract."
