Between fighting with Mariah Carey onAmerican Idol and recording a plethora of crazy music videos, Nicki Minaj has got to be one busy lady! But thats not stopping the singer-rapper from starring her very own reality show. The new E! show is set to premiere on November 4th. Yeah, we know youre excited.
If you are (miraculously) not sick of Nicki Minaj yet, youre in luck; theAmerican Idol judge is offering a glimpse at ! her insane life in a new reality show set to air on E! The series may only consist of three episodes, but that should be more than enough to show fans how theSuperbass star lives.
Nicki Minaj first announced the show on her Twitter page. We watched the REUP DVD and the 1st episode of the E! series.u guys are going to go crazzzzyyyyy when you see it! NOV19TH DVD, NOV4TH E!The Re-up DVD Nicki mentions in her tweet refers to the footage that will accompany the upcoming Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded The Re-Up. This reissue will include several new songs, including one in which Nicki collaborated with Cassie.
In an September conversation with Perez Hilton, Nicki talked about the possibility of a reality show. At that time, the singer-rapper said she was still considering the possibility of starring in her own reality series. What pushed her over the edge was the potential to show audiences her side of the story. I will say that I find the more people see, is the more they understand, and then its the more they like you. If you only have such one-dimensional things to go off of like rumors, then you kind of never get to know the artist. When you pull them in your world, they see you as a real person. Im not running away from it anymore.
Hey Nicki, if you really want to avoid nasty rumors, maybe you should be careful the next time you flip out at Mariah Carey. There might be, you know, somebody to record the whole thing.
