Nick Cannon has already shared some thoughts on the recent feud that took place on American Idol between Nicki Minaj and his wife, Mariah Carey. But now, the host of Americas Got Talent hinted that he feels the entire thing was leaked for the sake of (gasp) ratings! No, it couldnt be
Americas Got Talent host, Nick Cannonhas no problems expressing his feelings, as he did recently about the spat between his wife, Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. However, in a new interview, Nick has his own thoughts on how the footage was leaked out.
On The View recently, Cannon dished to the ladies and explained of the feud: I believe it was real to the extent that it actually happened, but he went on to add: If you ask my opinion, Ive produced tons of television, and I dont know anybody who can stand with a camera phone right in front of the monitor and record it and nobody say anything, and then it just magically gets on TMZ.
So, basically, he is hinting that Idol producers were the ones responsible for leaking the video. Nick Cannon also spoke to the Huffington Post, where he reiterated those same thoughts: My wife is the classiest and strongest woman Ive ever known Shes been through a lot worse in her career than some rapper getting loud with herI was more disappointed with the way the producers and the network handled the situation. It feels really contrived.
